Absolutism! (Blog #2)

When looking at the Absolute Monarchs in Europe during the 1500's-1800's, one must ask themselves at what price do the citizens of that country suffer. There are many down falls to having an Absolute Monarch, and there are many benefits as well. However, in order to see these clearly one must understand Absolutism.

Define the term Absolutism. Then state one cause of Absolutism and then the effect!
